I had three people tell me about their walk-in tubs and he was the only one that would come right out and tell me, This is what it'll cost. And the price was way below theirs when I finally found out. There was one problem when we purchased the tub. They had thought they could get it installed about a week before they did. The installer was one person and he was very cooperative, professional, did a good job and cleaned up well after himself. We got along just fine. They told me exactly what I saw as the truth, didn't exaggerate and didn't talk over my head. I appreciated that."
